1. General Overview
Welcome to Teeriffic Print, an Australian-based online custom apparel printing service.
By accessing or placing an order through www.teerifficprint.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our website or services.
2. Custom Printing Disclaimer
All products sold by Teeriffic Print are custom printed based on artwork, designs, and information supplied by the customer through our online platform.
Because your product is uniquely created to your specifications, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the order has been placed and sent to production.
It is the customerโs responsibility to review and confirm all order details, including (but not limited to):
- Product style, size, and colour
- Quantity
- Placement and scaling of design elements
- Spelling, grammar, and artwork details
- Design placement within printable/safe areas
- Clarity and quality of uploaded images
The on-screen preview provided during the ordering process is the final visual reference for printing. Your order will be printed exactly as shown in the preview.
3. Artwork Requirements and File Quality
For the best printing results, Teeriffic Print requires high-quality vector artwork files (such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF).
If artwork is not supplied in an appropriate format, our design team will recreate or convert your artwork into a vector file as accurately as possible.
While every effort will be made to replicate your design faithfully, Teeriffic Print does not take responsibility for any variations, missing elements, or inaccuracies that occur as a result of low-quality artwork or conversion limitations.
We strongly encourage customers to provide print-ready, high-resolution vector artwork to ensure optimal print quality and to avoid any potential discrepancies in the final product.
4. Artwork and Colour Accuracy
Please note that the colours displayed on your screen are not an exact representation of printed colours.
Colour appearance may vary due to differences in screen calibration, material texture and colour, and printing process and ink type.
If exact colour matching is critical, you must provide Pantone (PMS) colour references prior to order confirmation. While we will make every reasonable effort to match colours closely, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order has been submitted on the website, it is automatically sent to our printing team for production.
Please ensure that all details are correct before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
Teeriffic Print is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or design issues caused by incorrect information or artwork provided by the customer.
If you believe there has been an error in your order submission, please contact us immediately at hello@teerifficprint.com.au with your order number.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
6. Returns & Refund Policy
It is the intention of Teeriffic Print to provide our customers with high-quality products that match the specifications outlined on our website and the approved preview.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved preview, please email hello@teerifficprint.com.au within 10 days of receipt with the following:
- Photos clearly showing the print issue
- A detailed description of the problem
- Your order number and contact details
Once received, we will review the issue and may, at our discretion:
1. Arrange and pay for the return of the goods for inspection; and either
- Repair the item and return it at no cost to you, or
- Replace the item at no cost to you.
If notification is made after 10 days of receipt, the customer will be responsible for returning the goods at their own cost. If deemed faulty, Teeriffic Print will repair or replace the goods and cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Limitations of Liability
In the event of a valid warranty claim, our liability is strictly limited to repairing or replacing the product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential costs or losses incurred by the customer, including (but not limited to):
- Installation or application costs
- Loss of business, income, or reputation
- Shipping delays due to third-party couriers
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Do not use or wash the garments before checking that the print and product are correct, as worn or used garments cannot be returned or replaced.
8. Refunds
As all Teeriffic Print products are custom made to order, refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect order details, or customer-provided artwork errors.
Refunds are only available where required by Australian Consumer Law.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, text, or imagery uploaded for printing does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
By submitting artwork, you warrant that you have the right to use, reproduce, and authorise Teeriffic Print to print that material.
Teeriffic Print assumes no responsibility for legal issues arising from the use of copyrighted or trademarked content provided by the customer.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly according to the estimated production times stated on our website.
Delivery times may vary based on location and courier performance.
Teeriffic Print is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the parcel has been dispatched.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
